Dr Vapes sells e-liquid in several lines, and Panther X is one of them. This bottle is a low-strength freebase liquid with a high-VG mix, which is the kind of liquid usually used in devices that make bigger clouds. How does it work?
You fill a compatible tank or pod with the e-liquid, and the device heats it into vapour. The 78/22 VG/PG mix is thicker than the 50/50 liquids used in small pod systems, which is why the listing recommends sub-ohm tanks, RDAs, RTAs and high-wattage pod kits. Check your own device guidance before filling it. Battery life and charging
This is a bottled e-liquid, so it has no battery of its own. Battery life depends on the device you put it in, and so does charging. How Long Does a 60ml Bottle Last?
There is no single answer, because use varies a great deal. How fast a bottle empties depends on how often you vape, the power you use and the device. Higher-power sub-ohm vaping uses more liquid than low-power pod use, and we do not publish a puff count for a bottle. Our guide explains how puff ratings work for disposables, which is useful background: How Long Do Disposable Vape Puffs Last? Is the Panther X Series Freebase 3mg Legal and Compliant in the UAE?
Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, and electronic nicotine products have needed MoIAT/ECAS certification since July 2020. They must meet UAE.S 5030:2018, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/mL (2%). This e-liquid is listed at 3mg, well below the cap. Look for the MoIAT/ECAS mark on the bottle or box when your order arrives, and check the strength printed on the label. From 1 September 2026 the UAE Ministry of Finance also sets a minimum excise price of AED 1 per mL for liquids used in electronic smoking devices. This is a floor for the excise tax base that importers and traders declare, not a retail price rule. Sale is restricted to adults 21 and over, under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control and our own age policy. For the full picture, read Is Vaping Legal in Dubai and the UAE? or see the MoIAT website. How to Buy the Panther X Series Freebase 60ml from Vapor AE

Check that your device is a compatible sub-ohm tank, RDA, RTA or high-wattage pod kit, and follow its manual.
Shake the bottle gently, then open it and fill the tank or pod to the fill line, without flooding the airflow.
Let the coil soak for a few minutes before the first draw.
Take your draws at the power your device recommends.
Wipe the bottle neck, close the cap firmly and store the bottle upright. Storage and Disposal in the UAE
Keep the bottle capped, upright, away from heat and out of reach of children and pets, because e-liquid containing nicotine is poisonous if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Do not pour leftover liquid down a drain; ask your building management or municipality about hazardous waste collection, and take any empty pods or batteries to an e-waste point. Pros & Cons Pros
