The Gravity Hookah Upstem is one of two diffuser down stems that are situated inside each of the globes on the Gravity Pipe
As you rotate the bong on its axis, the Upstems filter your smoke through water and are imperative to the functionality of the gravity bong
This Large Replacement Upstem works with the traditional Gravity Pipe, while the Small Upstem sold here is designed for use with the Small Globes Kit, or a smaller Gravity Pipe
